My life for the Light
“My Life for the Light” is the autobiography, spiritual and otherwise, of Claudia Rainville, the founder of Metamedicine, known worldwide for her teachings in the field of introspection and personal growth.
The book is a diary kept starting from 1988, when Rainville receives a message informing her that she must go to the Master who will initiate her: this step will require courage and faith to venture into the unknown, leaving her loved ones behind.
The first stage of his initiatory journey is at Findhorn, and then it continues in India, where he first lives at the ashram of Sathya Sai Baba, and then finally finds his Master: it is in Manali that he meets His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
He returns to Canada, where he works in Metamedicine but receives a new “call.” He sets off again for India, where he sees Sai Baba again, meets the Master of Béas, studies at Brahma Kumaris University, meets Mother Teresa in Calcutta, and trains in Buddhism with Tenzin Choedrak, before meeting His Holiness the Dalai Lama again.
Every stage of her physical journey transforms into a stage of her spiritual evolution, which she shares with readers so that it may also become their spiritual path: Rainville paces the narrative with precious lessons and teachings for everyone's existence, showing how a life lived in full awareness enriches everyone.
