My name is Angeline D'Ascanio, I am a mother of two children and I combine my sensitivity, attention, passion and curiosity by continuing to train every day and continuing to explore the field of techniques that lead to well-being.

I have been passionately working for 15 years in helping people regain their well-being and health: in particular, I am a Reiki teacher, Vipassana meditation teacher and food therapy consultant trained at La Sana Gola in Milan.
