The Joy of Being Yourself
Do you find it difficult to say “no” or are you afraid of disappointing others if you don't meet their expectations?
Do you tend to see your weaknesses more than your strengths?
If so, this seminar is for you. Through practical, playful, and welcoming exercises, you will learn to say “no” without guilt, to take actions that are right for you, and to take risks that bring you closer to your authenticity. Little by little you will develop true self-confidence and solid self-esteem, to dare to be fully yourself.
DO YOU RECOGNIZE SOMETHING OF YOURSELF?
Does something resonate with you?

-
Do you constantly ask for an opinion because you struggle to trust your own?
-
Do you struggle to say “no” for fear of disappointing or being rejected?
-
Do you fear others' judgment, or are you the one judging everyone?
-
Do you struggle to see your strengths?
-
Do you often feel inadequate, even when you have everything to do well?
-
Do you ever feel inadequate for a situation or a role?
WHAT IS IT ABOUT
The joy of being yourself is priceless.

This seminar is a journey toward your own authenticity, guided with lightness and deep care. It is not about becoming someone else or “improving” according to an external standard. It is about returning to yourself: recognizing your own worth, listening to your needs, daring to express what you truly feel. Through practical and welcoming exercises, you will develop a more solid and lasting trust in yourself, not based on what you do or how others see you, but on who you are.
THE HEART OF THE WORK
What happens in these 16 hours

Recognizing your own worth
Often we don't see in ourselves what others clearly see. The seminar creates the space to meet ourselves with different eyes, less severe, more compassionate.

Learning to say no
Saying no is not selfishness: it is self-respect. Through practical exercises, you will learn to set your boundaries without guilt and to choose based on what is right for you.

Daring to be yourself
Taking authentic risks, expressing what you feel, showing yourself for who you are: this seminar creates a safe environment in which to experience all of this, protected by the group and the guidance of the counselor.

Building solid self-esteem
Not a fragile self-esteem, based on success or approval. A self-esteem that holds up even when things don't go as planned, because it is rooted in who you are, not in what you do.
HOW IT WORKS
Why participate?

Discovering who we truly are
It may seem impossible not to know how to be oneself. But is it possible that we have learned to be the person others wanted us to be? We have become perfect for a role, for a family, for a position, but are we sure we are truly ourselves?
Stop people-pleasing
Going back to being ourselves means putting ourselves first, listening to our needs and desires, and no longer setting ourselves aside to please someone else's wishes.

The more we love ourselves, the more we become who we truly are.
