Growing up in a family with a sick mother, I've always felt there was a deep cause behind all our illnesses, behind all our discomforts. And if we don't understand this cause, the warning signs will only get stronger.

I did a lot of research to understand more, first studying at the RK Sociale Academie Sittard in the Netherlands and then following various personal growth programs. I began to understand that it's precisely our own discomforts that show us the way to the root of our difficulties, but I realized there was still more to discover.

Every situation in my life has always been linked to an emotional cause, so when I discovered the existence of Metamedicine through Claudia Rainville's books, I found confirmation of what I had intuited, finally giving structure to it all. Meeting Claudia was like finding home for me. I realized that it was important for me to undertake the entire training program in Metamedicine.

By learning to listen to ourselves, step by step, we can transform unfavorable patterns by understanding our emotional origins and take back control of our lives.

Today I am happy to accompany people with this beautiful approach of awakening and compassion, on their journey within themselves to find their own answers, in the knowledge that each person is unique.
