There are moments in life when you feel lost, as if in a long dark tunnel with no way out.
That's how I felt: a sad, depressed woman, full of physical pain and with a deep sense of emptiness inside.
I sabotaged my work — what I had always loved — but also my private life, relationships, love, myself.
I could no longer feel joy, nor find meaning in what I was living.
Then, when I thought I couldn't go on any longer, I encountered Metamedicine.
It was like a small light at the end of that tunnel.
Through this path of awareness and love, I learned to listen to my body, to understand the hidden messages behind every pain, to give voice to the emotions I had suffocated for too long.
Step by step, with patience and dedication, I found myself again.
Today I am a happy, healthy woman, full of the desire to live.
Every day I wake up with gratitude and consciously choose the light, even when the road seems difficult.
On this inner journey I also rediscovered my motherhood.
I once felt like a mother who was "not at her best", full of fears and guilt.
But by healing within myself, I learned to love and welcome my son with a new heart.
Today I am a happy mother raising a happy child, free to be himself, in joy and lightness.
Metamedicine showed me that every pain can transform into a message of love and every crisis into a rebirth.
And from this rebirth my new mission was also born: to accompany other people on their path of healing and transformation.
