There are moments in life when you feel lost, like you're in a long, dark tunnel with no way out.
That's how I felt: a sad, depressed woman, filled with physical pain and a deep sense of emptiness inside.
I sabotaged my work—the thing I'd always loved—but also my personal life, my relationships, my love, myself.
I could no longer experience joy, or find meaning in my experiences.
Then, when I thought I couldn't take it anymore, I encountered Metamedicine.
It was like a small light at the end of that tunnel.
Through this path of awareness and love, I learned to listen to my body, to understand the hidden messages behind every pain, to give voice to the emotions I had suppressed for too long.
Step by step, with patience and dedication, I found myself again.
Today I am a happy, healthy woman, full of zest for life.
Every day I wake up with gratitude and consciously choose the light, even when the path seems difficult.
On this inner journey, I also rediscovered my motherhood.
I once felt like a "subpar" mother, filled with fear and guilt.
But by healing within myself, I learned to love and welcome my son with a new heart.
Today I am a happy mother raising a happy son, free to be himself, in joy and lightness.
Metamedicine has shown me that every pain can be transformed into a message of love and every crisis into a rebirth.
And from this rebirth, my new mission was born: to accompany other people on their journey of healing and transformation.
