In 2004, the book "Every symptom is a message" was recommended to me. From the title I understood the possibility of becoming an active part in resolving my ailments. It was exactly what I wanted. By carefully following the instructions in the book, many times I have been able to rejoice in witnessing the disappearance of various symptoms, mine and others. Since then I have always had the book at hand!

However, I periodically suffered from painful gastritis that I couldn't manage and was forced to take appropriate medications, but over time I had little hope of a definitive result.

I was worried until, in 2009, I participated in the "Liberation of emotional memory" seminar where I felt welcomed and helped with respect and compassion by the animator Yvan. Confidently, I listened to my emotions generated by those painful feelings that I had experienced as a child, accepting and transforming them. This profound internal work led me to resolve the disharmony and therefore to self-healing.

This is how I decided to continue the Metamedicine training path and in 2014 I was qualified as a consultant. I thank Claudia infinitely for all the precious teachings always transmitted with such loving simplicity during the seminars and through her books.
