In 2004 I was recommended the book "Every symptom is a message"; from the title I had sensed the possibility of becoming an active part in resolving my ailments. That was exactly what I wanted. By carefully following the book's instructions, many times I was able to rejoice in witnessing the disappearance of various symptoms, mine and not only mine. Since then I have always kept the book close at hand!

Periodically, however, I suffered from a painful gastritis that I could not manage and was forced to take appropriate medications, though over time I had little hope of a definitive result.

I was worried, until, in 2009, I attended the seminar on "Emotional Memory Liberation" where I felt welcomed and helped with respect and compassion by the facilitator Yvan. Trusting, I listened to my emotions generated by those painful feelings I had experienced as a child, accepting and transforming them. This deep inner work led me to the resolution of the disharmony and therefore to self-healing.

It was thus that I decided to continue the Metamedicine training path and in 2014 I was qualified as a consultant. I thank Claudia infinitely for all the precious teachings always transmitted with such loving simplicity during the seminars and through her books.
