I have always felt a strong call to acquire greater awareness and a deeper understanding of myself.

I began my first courses during my university years and subsequently, attracted by what could lead me to increasingly refine my ability to listen on a physical, emotional and mental level, I followed various training courses, which, in addition to personal experimentation, helped me allowed to propose the techniques learned. Among these there are Mindfulness, Meditation, Autogenic Training, Yoga with a focus especially on women.

When I discovered Metamedicine I discovered in its "keys" a magnificent tool that allows you to come into contact with yourself in a very profound but at the same time very delicate way, an approach based on deep listening that accompanies you from knowing to feeling for understand and transform and thus achieve greater harmony with oneself. And in bringing light within ourselves, we bring light into the world.
