I have always felt a strong calling to gain greater awareness and a deeper understanding of myself.

I began my first courses during my university years and later, drawn by what could help me increasingly refine my ability to listen on a physical, emotional, and mental level, I followed various training programs which, in addition to personal experimentation, allowed me to offer the techniques I had learned. Among these are Mindfulness, Meditation, Autogenic Training, and Yoga with a focus especially on women.

When I discovered Metamedicine, I found in its "keys" a magnificent tool that allows you to connect with yourself in a very deep yet very gentle way, an approach based on deep listening that guides you from knowing to feeling in order to understand and transform and thus achieve greater harmony with yourself. And by bringing light within ourselves, we bring light into the world.

With joy and gratitude, I accompany toward greater awareness and well-being the people who turn to me.
