I have always felt a strong calling to gain greater awareness and a deeper understanding of myself.
I began my first courses during my university years, and subsequently, drawn by the potential to further refine my listening skills on a physical, emotional, and mental level, I followed various training courses. These, in addition to personal experimentation, allowed me to share the techniques I learned. These include Mindfulness, Meditation, Autogenic Training, and Yoga, with a focus on women.
When I discovered Metamedicine, I discovered in its "keys" a magnificent tool that allows us to connect with ourselves in a profound yet delicate way, an approach based on deep listening that leads from knowing to feeling, to understand and transform, and thus achieve greater harmony with ourselves. And by bringing light within ourselves, we bring light into the world.
With joy and gratitude, I accompany the people who turn to me towards greater awareness and well-being.
