I have always felt a strong call to acquire greater awareness and a deeper understanding of myself.

I began my first courses during my university years and subsequently, attracted by what could lead me to increasingly refine my ability to listen on a physical, emotional and mental level, I followed various training courses, which, in addition to personal experimentation, helped me allowed to propose the techniques learned. Among these there are Mindfulness, Meditation, Autogenic Training, Yoga with a focus especially on women.

When I met the Metamedecine I discovered in its "keys" a magnificent tool that allows you to get in touch with yourself in a very deep way, but at the same time very delicate, an approach based on the deep listening that accompanies knowing to feeling for Understanding and transforming and thus reaching greater harmony with oneself. And in bringing light within us, we bring light to the world.

With joy and gratitude I accompany the people who come to me towards greater awareness and well-being.
