I am a counselor who, since my youth, understood, through in-depth study of the Bible, that human distress and imbalance are rooted in the important mind-body connection. From this, my research has focused on finding increasingly short-term and targeted interventions to address distress. With this goal in mind, I delved into the holistic concept and graduated as a naturopath and later as a foot reflexologist. Meanwhile, my fascination with Pierre Pellizzari's teachings led me to explore and experiment with the first method I encountered, Biopsychogenealogy, taught by Dr. Sophie Ott and Dr. Gerard Athias. Continuing my research, still focused on decoding illnesses, I came across Claudia Rainville's books; I studied her method and applied it with my clients in my practice. I soon realized the effectiveness of applying her keys and felt the need to delve deeper, to begin a training program with her and to feel empowered to properly wield the keys to Metamedicine. Today, I'm happy to have found the answers to questions I had asked myself many years earlier in my youth. I'm grateful to all the people I've met along the way in my personal and professional life, who have allowed me to be the person I am today and, in turn, to help others help themselves.
