My name is Patricia. I spent much of my life in complete "unawareness" of who I was and why I was there! Until the need to "know more" arose and as they say in a Zen novel, "when the dragon bites you, you can no longer ignore it". so through tools such as Reiki, Metamedicine, Vipassana meditation, the "Louise Hay" method and many others, the journey within me began, which to this day continues, incessant, daily, attentive and? aware that in the end the "destination" is nothing but the journey itself! Currently I feel a deep gratitude for all those experiences that have helped me to "see" myself, both the positive and the negative ones and above all I thank Claudia Rainville and all the members of this big family for being there. The purpose of my life is to increase awareness in myself and in others so that together we can make our positive contribution to the world. Thanks to the great support I receive from learning about Metamedicine, I am able to lead the lifestyle that comes closest to this.
