My name is Patrizia. I spent most of my life in total "unawareness" of who I was and why I was there! Until the need to "know more" was awakened, and as they say in a Zen tale, "when the dragon bites you, you can no longer ignore it." So through tools such as Reiki, Metamedicine, Vipassana meditation, the "Louise Hay" method and many others, the journey within me began, which continues to this day, incessant, daily, attentive and? aware that deep down the "destination" is nothing but the journey itself! Currently I feel deep gratitude for all those experiences that helped me to "see myself," both the positive and the negative ones, and above all I thank Claudia Rainville and all the members of this great family for being there. The purpose of my life is to increase awareness in myself and in others so that all together we can bring our positive contribution to the world. Thanks to the great support I receive from knowing Metamedicine, I am able to lead the lifestyle that brings me closest to this. Awareness and Forgiveness help us let go of fear? and life opens to the new! Trust me, the body says so! Teacher of Motor Sciences Holistic Operator SIAF Italy Metamedicine Consultant
