In 23, in a moment of despair following the death of my brother, I received as a gift Claudia Rainville's book "Every symptom is a message". That book changed me, transformed me, and from that moment on, thanks to the Metamedicine seminars, my rebirth and my journey of awakening began.

Such a painful experience, thanks to continuous moments of awareness, was transforming into something precious. It was a deep understanding of my inner world.

I discovered myself, the true motivations that conditioned my behaviors, my choices and, consequently, my actions.
The only way to overcome our limits is to become aware of them, and at the same time to be humble and honest with ourselves.

Today I am grateful to the universe for the person I have become.

I have grown, I have let go of negative patterns and I have learned to give all my attention, playfulness and all my love to my inner child.

Now I understand that the true essence of life is energy, and my heart is ready to be receptive and to connect with others with unconditional love.

From this space of openness and listening, a desire was born in me to help people discover themselves, listen to themselves, and take responsibility for change: to live their own life as leading actors instead of continuing to survive as extras!
