I was born and raised in a family, in which illness was at the center of everything: illness as a response to problems, illness as an escape route, illness as an accusation and a sense of guilt. I saw that medicines were not exactly the solution, and I soon understood the psychological implications of the disease.

Since I was a teenager I have devoured books on psychosomatics, psychology, psychoanalysis and philosophy. I graduated in literature and philosophy. I wanted to understand the human being, his internal suffering; I wanted to understand why we hurt ourselves so much, and what the path to Happiness was.

I was missing something. I said to myself "okay, I understand, rationally everything is clear, but how do I get out of this?"

Then Claudia's book "Every symptom is a message" entered the house; I immediately understood that there was the answer I was looking for, and immediately after reading it I began a wonderful journey. Thanks to Claudia and Yvan I have now stopped surviving and live my life . it is a growth path that continues every day, in a large family. Now at the center of everything there are Love and Gratitude.

I like to accompany the people I meet, so that they can regain confidence in their abilities and take control of their lives.

My goal is to spread this method as much as possible, so that more and more people can benefit from it and walk towards Happiness and Love.
