I was born and raised in a family where illness was at the center of everything: illness as a response to problems, illness as an escape, illness as accusation and guilt. I saw that medication wasn't exactly the solution, and I quickly understood the psychological implications of illness.

Since adolescence, I've devoured books on psychosomatics, psychology, psychoanalysis, and philosophy. I graduated with a degree in literature and philosophy. I wanted to understand human beings, their inner suffering; I wanted to understand why we hurt ourselves so much, and what the path to happiness was.

Something was missing. I said to myself, "Okay, I get it, rationally it's all clear, but how do I get out of it?"

Then Claudia's book, "Every Symptom is a Message," came into my home; I immediately knew it contained the answer I was looking for, and immediately after reading it, I began a wonderful journey. Thanks to Claudia and Yvan, I've now stopped just surviving and am living my life. It's a journey of growth that continues every day, in a big family. Now, at the center of everything are Love and Gratitude.

I enjoy guiding the people I meet, so they can regain confidence in their abilities and take control of their lives.

My goal is to spread this method as much as possible, so that more and more people can benefit from it and walk towards Happiness and Love.
