I come from a technical/administrative background that I bless because it allowed me to earn a living for many years.

My true passions, however, have always been different: theater and personal growth. I started doing theater in 1990, right after graduation; it gave me so much, and, at various times, it has accompanied me over the years.

During the same period, my search in the field of personal growth also began, initially interesting me in psychology, then in transactional analysis, then I discovered Louise Hay, Lise Bourbeau, and finally Claudia Rainville. It was a true revelation! Someone had written, in black and white, those very things that I felt to be true, deep within me! It was 2004 when I achieved, through the keys of Metamedicine, my first self-healing from a milk intolerance that I had suffered from for four years.

Since then, I have adopted Metamedicine as my wonderful self-healing tool, both for physical health and for improving my life dynamics. I have achieved fantastic results! Since 2016, I have undertaken my training in Metamedicine so that I, in turn, can help others find within themselves the joy of living that I have found.
