I come from a technical/administrative background which I bless because it has allowed me to earn a living for many years.

However, my true passions have always been others: theater and personal growth. I started doing theater in 1990, immediately after graduating, it gave me a lot, and, on several occasions, it accompanied me over time.

Around the same time, I also began my personal growth research, first focusing on psychology, then transactional analysis. Then I discovered Louise Hay, Lise Bourbeau, and finally Claudia Rainville. It was a true revelation! Someone had written down, in black and white, the very things I felt were true, so deeply within me! It was 2004 when, through the keys of Metamedicine, I achieved my first self-healing from a milk intolerance I had suffered from for four years.

Since then, I've adopted Metamedicine as my wonderful self-healing tool, both for my physical health and to improve my life dynamics. I've achieved fantastic results! In 2016, I began training in Metamedicine so I can help others find the same joy in life I have found within themselves.
