I come from a technical/administrative background which I bless because it has allowed me to earn a living for many years.

However, my true passions have always been others: theater and personal growth. I started doing theater in 1990, immediately after graduating, it gave me a lot, and, on several occasions, it accompanied me over time.

In the same period my research also began in the field of personal growth, first interested in psychology, then to the transactional analysis, then I discovered Loiuse Hay, Lise Bourbeau and finally Claudia Rainville. It was a real revelation! Someone had written, black on white, those same things that I felt true, deeply within me! It was 2004 when I obtained, through the keys to the Metamedecine , my first self -healing from a milk intolerance I have been suffering for four years.

Since then I have adopted Metamedecine as my wonderful self -healing tool, both for physical health and to improve my life dynamics. I got fantastic results! Since 2016 I have undertaken my formation in Metamedecine in order to be able to help others in turn to find in themselves the joy of living that I found.
