Sometimes, in life, things happen without us putting any effort into making them happen. This is how I encountered Metamedicine.
For many years, I had owned Claudia Rainville's book "Every Symptom is a Message," and I'd always felt that our bodies speak to us. I've also been a Biodanza Facilitator since 2013, and through practicing, I've learned that by listening to our bodies, we receive a wealth of information, especially "reassurance."
Talking with my cousin, I discovered that Metamedicine isn't just a book, but a personal growth journey with the ultimate possibility of becoming a consultant and thus being able to help others. Since my Biodanza training addresses precisely this, I decided to enroll in the first seminar, LME - Liberation of Emotional Memory. But then, life is wise, and I fell off my motorcycle and broke my left collarbone.
By reading the meaning of the clavicle fracture, I began a process of profound change.

In January 2021, I attended the seminar, and then, not only that, but also META 1 in September 2021. Thus, seminar after seminar, many new insights emerged. I went through difficult times, but with courage and the support of Metamedicine Consultants and Claudia Rainville herself, they allowed me to build a new Gabriella.
In particular, I had to restructure my Values; I had lost sight of myself, I had misunderstood love for others, and I had fallen into an emotional dependence that had completely erased my autonomy.

Today I feel like a "new" person, aware that Metamedicine is a powerful tool that allows us to become the architects of our own lives, fully enjoying the wonderful opportunities that come our way.
I am happy to be able to help people recognize the causes of their symptoms and emotional distress, offering self-healing tools for achieving well-being, so we can live a full life, recognizing our needs and lovingly pursuing the path of our dreams.
