Who would you be today if your story no longer defined who you are?

For a long time I believed myself to be a victim of my parents' separation, living my life through that filter. Inside me, that still-wounded child screamed all her pain, her not feeling loved, her never being enough, and her not finding a place in the world. But no one had taught me to listen to her.
And if what we suffer, we learn and repeat, I had become the unwitting self-saboteur of my own happiness.
 
Then I encountered Metamedicine through Claudia Rainville's books and through the training program. Working directly with her allowed me to experience it firsthand, sparking in me the desire to train in depth. 
For over seven years I have been accompanying people as a consultant and I am also a facilitator of Metamedicine seminars and workshops, offering a space of deep listening in which symptoms, emotions, and life experiences can be understood and transformed into awareness.
 
I am a dietitian, graduated in Agricultural Sciences and specialized in the use of essential oils, I manage my herbal shop which I called Cambiovita, because life changes with every decision we make.
Alongside my consulting work, I accompany people on wellness journeys, integrating Metamedicine with scientific expertise for an approach that unites body and emotions with the support of nature.
