Who would you be today if your story no longer defined who you are?

For a long time, I believed myself a victim of my parents' separation, living my life through that filter. Inside me, that still-wounded little girl screamed out all her pain, her unloved feeling, her never being enough, and her inability to find her place in the world. But no one had taught me to listen to her.
And if what we suffer, we learn and repeat, I had become the unconscious self-saboteur of my own happiness.
 
Then I encountered Metamedicine through Claudia Rainville's books and her training program. Working directly with her allowed me to experience it firsthand, sparking in me the desire to further my education. 
For over seven years, I have been working as a consultant and leading Metamedicine seminars and workshops, offering a space for deep listening where symptoms, emotions, and life experiences can be understood and transformed into awareness.
 
I'm a dietitian with a degree in Agricultural Sciences and a specialization in the use of essential oils. I run my own herbalist's shop, which I called Cambiovita, because life changes with every decision we make.
Alongside my consultancy work, I accompany people on wellness journeys, integrating Metamedicine with scientific skills for an approach that unites body and emotions with the support of nature.
