For many years my life was marked by a constant sense of dissatisfaction and sadness.

I didn't feel fully happy, nor free to live my life the way I wanted.

I've long lived with anxiety and panic attacks, which, in addition to bringing me pain and fear, have profoundly affected and limited my daily life. To try not to feel what I was feeling, I was constantly on the move and in my head. Over the years, I've explored different approaches and disciplines, searching for a way to free myself from all this discomfort.

And then, when I least expected it, a message arrived...

A friend told me she'd discovered a particularly powerful and transformative path, recommending I read a book on Metamedicine. I began reading it and "drank" it in within a few days. I felt it spoke directly to my heart. The words reached me deeply, giving me hope and the confidence that it was possible to emerge from the darkness.
Thus began my journey into Metamedicine: a true journey of rebirth. It allowed me to reconnect with my feelings, rediscover my sensitivity, listen to my needs, and dissolve internal blocks. I learned to transform my wounds into openings through which I could see the world with new eyes.
Metamedicine taught me to live every moment with greater trust, gratitude, and serenity. It's as if I had removed, little by little and at my own pace, those dirty glasses that made me see everything as a danger or an effort.
During my consultations, I received many precious gifts. For me, it's a true gift every time I manage to become aware of a blockage, understand its origins, and transform it. In those moments, it's like witnessing a small miracle, from which I emerge transformed and liberated.
It's precisely for this reason that, after experiencing firsthand the transformations that Metamedicine has brought (and continues to bring) into my life, I decided to train as a counselor.

My desire is to be an instrument at the service of others, gently accompanying them in untangling and transforming their inner knots.
