About five years ago, I embarked on a journey of soul-searching that paved the way for a new lifestyle, one I hadn't known before. Out of curiosity, I began to delve deeper, reading books on nutrition, breathing, and finally meditation, which I still practice regularly today. As time passed, I noticed a strong energy within me, an "awakening" that drove me to want to know more about human nature and health. During that time, a person very close to me passed away in just four days, and this sad event made me realize that illness is our responsibility. After coming across Claudia Rainville's book "Every Symptom is a Message," I found further confirmation. Thus, I decided to embrace the Metamedicine family. I learned and transformed myself, understanding the many health issues I had suffered until I was 35 and the disempowering lifestyle patterns I had unconsciously repeated. I've always had great empathy. Since I was a child, I've sensed the suffering of others and tried to help them as best I could. Metamedicine has given me the opportunity to do so in a balanced and healthy way. I now offer a holistic approach that combines physical energetic metamassage, breathing exercises (meditation), and the support of Metamedicine, which has become a life philosophy for me. Its insights guide us to find the right path, to live in love and harmony, to discover our talents, and to guide us in the awakening of our consciousness through joy.
