About 5 years ago I embarked on a journey of inner research that opened the way to a new lifestyle, unknown to me. With curiosity I began to delve deeper, reading texts on nutrition, breathing, and finally on meditation, which I still practice constantly today. The more time passed, the more I noticed a strong energy within me, an "awakening" that pushed me to want to know more about human nature and health. During that period, a person very close to me passed away in just 4 days, and this sad event made me realize that illness is our responsibility, and after coming across Claudia Rainville's book "Every symptom is a message", I had further confirmation. I therefore decided to embrace the Metamedicine family, I trained and transformed, I understood my many health disorders up to the age of 35 and the disempowering life patterns that I unconsciously repeated. I have always had great empathy; since childhood I perceived the suffering of others and tried to help them as best I could, but now Metamedicine has given me the opportunity to do so in a right and balanced way. Now I offer the person a holistic approach that combines an energetic physical metamassage, the learning of breathing (Meditation), and the support of Metamedicine, which has now become a philosophy of life for me, and with its keys to interpretation accompanies us to find the right path, to live in love, in harmony, to discover our talents, and in joy guides us in the awakening of our Consciousness.
