About 5 years ago I embarked on an inner research path that opened my way to a new lifestyle, unknown to me. With curiosity I started to deepen, reading the texts on nutrition, breathing and finally on meditation, which still constantly practical today. The more time passed, the more I noticed in me a strong energy, a "awakening" that pushed me to want to know more about human nature and health. At that time a person very close to me disappeared in just 4 days and this sad event made me aware that the disease is our responsibility and after having come across the book by Claudia Rainville "every symptom is a message", ne I had further confirmation. So I decided to embrace the Metamedecine family, I trained and transformed, I understood my many health disorders had up to 35 years of age and the weakened life patterns that I repeated unconsciously. I have always had a great empathy, since I had a child I perceived the suffering of others and I tried to help them as I could, but now the Metamedecine has given me the opportunity to do it in a fair and balanced way.
