About 5 years ago I embarked on a journey of soul searching that opened the way towards a new lifestyle, unknown to me. With curiosity I began to delve deeper, reading texts on nutrition, breathing and finally meditation, which I still practice constantly today. the more time passed, the more I noticed a strong energy in myself, an "awakening" that pushed me to want to know more about human nature and health. In that period a person very close to me passed away in just 4 days and this sad event made me realize that the disease is our responsibility and after having come across Claudia Rainville's book "Every symptom is a message", I I had further confirmation. So I decided to embrace the Metamedicine family, I trained and transformed myself, I understood the many health problems I had up to the age of 35 and the disempowering life patterns that I unconsciously repeated. I have always had great empathy, since I was a child I perceived the suffering of others and tried to help them as best I could, but now Metamedicine has given me the opportunity to do it in a fair and balanced way. Now I offer the person a holistic approach that combines an energetic physical metamassage, the learning of breathing (Meditazone) and the support of Metamedicine, which has now become a philosophy of life for me, which with its interpretation keys accompanies us to rediscover the right away, to live in love, in harmony, to discover our talents and in joy guide us in the awakening of our Conscience.
