My body has always tried to talk to me through discomforts and even major symptoms, but not knowing how to listen to it, I resorted to appropriate medications, continuing to ask myself why was all this happening to me? At the end of October 2011, I had yet another collapse that immobilized me in bed for a long time. At home I had the book "Every Symptom is a Message" which I had never read until then.

Reading it, from the first pages I felt total agreement with the vision of the disease, as a sensible message from the body. I could, if I wanted, become active and autonomous in resolving my discomforts and symptoms. From there it was a continuous passion for research and inner growth. I followed the training path until I became a Metamedicina consultant in November 2015. During the profound inner work, I became aware of the feelings that boycotted my existence and through the process of liberation of emotional memory I accepted them, transformed them and here I am my life has changed! I infinitely thank Claudia Rainville, Yvan Herin and all the Metamedicina operators who welcomed me and guided me on this path of awakening with such delicacy, simplicity and love!
