My body has always tried to talk to me through discomforts and even serious symptoms, but not knowing how to listen, I resorted to appropriate medications, continuing to ask myself why all this was happening to me?

At the end of October 2011, I had yet another breakdown that left me bedridden for a long time. I had the book "Every Symptom is a Message" at home, which I had never read until then.

Reading it, from the first pages I felt a complete agreement with the vision of illness, as a meaningful message from the body. I could, if I wanted, become active and independent in resolving my discomforts and symptoms. From then on, it was a constant passion for research and inner growth. I completed the training program and became a Metamedicine consultant in November 2015. During the deep inner work, I became aware of the feelings that were sabotaging my existence, and through the process of freeing my emotional memory, I accepted them, transformed them, and behold, my life changed!

I am infinitely grateful to Claudia Rainville, Yvan Herin, and all the Metamedicine practitioners who, with such gentleness, simplicity, and love, welcomed and guided me on this path of awakening!
