My body has always tried to talk to me through even important inconveniences and symptoms, but not knowing how to listen, I resorted to appropriate drugs, continuing to ask me why all this happened to me?

At the end of October 2011, I had yet another collapse that immobilized me in bed for a long time. At home I had the book "Each symptom is a message" never read to that moment.

Reading it, from the first pages I felt a total agreement with the vision of the disease, like a sensible message of the body. I could, if I wanted, become active and autonomous in the resolution of my inconveniences and symptoms. From there it was a continuous passion for research and inner growth. I followed the training course to become a Metamedecine consultant in November 2015. During the deep inner work, I became aware of the feelings that boycotted my existence and through the process of liberation of emotional memory I accepted them, transformed them and here my life has changed!
