Since I was 8 years old, I've always asked myself a thousand questions: why I was born, why I was in that family, why I had a brother and not a sister, why I lived in that town, but I couldn't find any answers.

The only thing I knew was that at 18, I would leave home because it wasn't the place I wanted to be, with adults telling me what to do and what not to do, where their problems constantly influenced my childhood, and also because I didn't feel comfortable there. Over the years, I was constantly searching for who I was: I didn't have any major problems like serious illnesses or anything else; I had everything, but I was pervaded by a constant feeling of melancholy, sadness, and resignation. I was never happy.

Thanks to Metamedicine, which for me is a philosophy of life, I found the answers I was looking for . I was surprised to discover that they had always been within me, but I lacked the keys and the ability to see them simply because I wasn't fully aware of myself, of what I was feeling, and of the qualities I possessed. I feel this approach is closest to my true self because it makes me increasingly aware, allowing me to make the most beneficial choices for my life. Through my work as a consultant, I also want to guide others in their self-discovery and help them understand that happiness exists for everyone; no one is excluded.
