I have been working in the world of fitness for about 20 years and in my experience I have often met clients with chronic problems that have never been completely resolved. several times I have asked myself why these people did not resolve despite the constant commitment to the gym and the various medical treatments. At a certain point I understood that there was more to know and that everything that manifests itself on a physical level is closely linked to our soul.
So I started following personal growth courses for years, but the real turning point came in 2018, when in the notes of a book I found a reference to Metamedicine. At this point everything made sense and what until then had only been intuitions became certainties: soul and body are deeply connected and for this reason many problems are not resolved because they are linked and traumas remain buried at the bottom of the soul.
Thanks to the Metamedicina path I can finally help many more people find well-being and this has given a real purpose to my life.
