Born in Milan, since gestation I have experienced so many riddles!

so from a slow, silent and even a little chubby caterpillar, tending to stay aside while observing the world... I transformed into a light and courageous butterfly, ready to fly and find balance on the flowers of life, learning to follow the journey of my soul.

The taciturn and reserved little girl who waited almost until the end of the holidays to play with the few remaining children had become the adult who, to overcome her shyness, performed in the front row of concerts and theater shows in front of a thousand people.

Two sides of the same coin or wound...

It took time to understand it, transform it and make it become my "workhorse".

All the paths taken in my life were born from the desire to understand and explore within myself that discomfort that had always belonged to me and which made me listen to myself and others.

so since 212 I have been dealing with individual and group sound harmonizations, I am a teacher at the sound therapy school and after coaching, I became a consultant in Metamedicine.

Here I understood that our wounds, the result of our past, can continue to manifest themselves in different times and ways, in fact it is essential to understand the emotional origin of that malaise, discomfort or symptom that often imprisons us with loads of responsibilities that are not ours and which they prevent us from returning to being free towards that love that we all deserve.

Today I accompany people who courageously choose themselves and decide they want to take flight from their wounds in complete freedom, coloring the sky with the highest frequencies of joy and love.
