I was born in Milan, and even from a very young age the Latin maxim that says " a healthy body, a healthy mind " fascinated me; it was the early eighties, and at that time this maxim was not so fashionable, but it was already something that was part of me, and I decided to work in the field of well-being, I delved into traditional and oriental massage techniques, shiatsu, Ayurvedic treatments, foot reflexology, crystal therapy, where all these techniques take into account the interaction between body-mind-spirit.

All this leads me to always take into account my client's personal history, and experience taught me that there was a relationship between past and present and how much this past could affect unresolved issues in the present.

I also realized how much children could absorb their parents' emotional states and that the emotional climate they experienced at home affected the child's health and future, and gradually in my work I intuitively learned these concepts, I applied relaxation techniques that brought out the

past in order to then conjugate it to the unresolved present.

One day I described this method to a friend, and she told me that this method of mine had similarities with metamedicine, which at the time I did not know at all.

Inside me, just hearing the name "metamedicine" was like the sound of festive bells.

Something special was happening; curious, as soon as I could, I went on the internet to find out more, and from there, very shortly after, without asking myself too much why, I began the

 path of metamedicine. It was the beginning of 219.

Metamedicine answers so many of my questions by expanding and completing my work, it improves my life making it lighter, where the events that happen are to be read not only as events ends in themselves but as teachers who have something to tell us or to teach us.  

Very happy to have learned these keys to interpretation that I apply for myself and in my work, which is always in the field of helping relationships, dividing my time between Bologna and Milan.
