A traveler and companion in distant lands (Peru) and inner spaces, I am a Metamedicine consultant, doula, Zen-Shiatsu practitioner, and facilitator of music-medicine circles.
I discovered Metamedicine as a young girl at my family's farmhouse, where training seminars had been held since 2011.
Since then, I have begun to use the keys of Metamedicine to listen to my body and the situations I am experiencing.
Metamedicine has helped me, and continues to help me every day, to become increasingly active and responsible for what life offers me, knowing that it is somehow a reflection of what I carry within.
I am honored and happy to accompany many people in doing the same, to uncover the origins of their discomfort, heal their wounds, and, with love, to let go and make room for the new.
I work primarily online, but I also work in person through various organizations.
